Bird on Nest

Delightfully dainty and oh so sweet, the bird on nest cake truffle (yes, the nest is edible, chocolate and coconut) would be a precious addition to a tea, baby shower, Mother's Day, or perhaps a May Day celebration.  The bird can be made into a pop, without the nest.
